So far the greatest challenge I have ever encountered was losing weight. It took me three years of trial and errors before I landed on a proper routine of losing weight. Ladies if you have been on this road then you probably know what I am talking about.

Guys like there ladies to be small and if you are a big woman you probably wont get asked out a lot to go on date. This can be very hurting because each one of us needs someone to love. It is true that beauty is only skin deep but having a hot body wont hurt you.

The best way to do this is to make the drool and find you irresistible even if you have been married for years. Most ladies make a mistake of failing to take care of there body immediately they get married. The moment you bag the man of your dreams you forget all about your body, but what you fail to realize is there are other women out there who know how to take care of themselves.

We all know men are dogs which go without saying and they would easily fall for another woman who has a great looking body. Therefore to keep them on a tight leash you need to ensure that you do enough exercise so that you maintain your hot body.

Below are three routines specially designed for women who intend to keep there body hot;

1. Aerobics

Aerobics are very useful when it comes to losing weight. There are various aerobic exercises which can be performed by women regardless of there age. This include aerobic exercises such as jogging, bike riding, horse riding, mountain climbing, aerobic classes, and rope jumping.

Aerobic exercises will not only keep you body looking hot but it will also improve your health. Aerobics are very good for the heart since it helps reduce your calorie levels and at the same time helps your body to maintain low blood pressure.

Aerobics help you burn excess calories which otherwise be converted by the body and stored as fat lading to weight problems.

2. Lift Weights

Weight training is also a very good form of exercise for ladies who want to maintain there body looking hot. Invest in dumbbells so that you can be lifting them at least four times a day or even more if possible. However do not use very heavy weights because your goal is not to gain intense muscles. You wouldn’t like to look like your male counterpart would you?

3. Avoid Junk Food

Many women like taking junk foods, these foods are not only unhealthy but they contain a lot of calories. Take fresh food and not processed foods if you want to eat and look healthy. If you get a bad physique and yet your diet consists of only junk foods you have yourself to blame.
